The ballistic movements can cause serious injury when done incorrectly regardless of your experience with normal dumbells.
If you have not done kettlebells before you must first join in Kettlebell Intro class.
For your own safety you will not be allowed to do Kettlbell XT unless you have already a solid foundation in the basics.
Please confirm bookings and cancellations at least 4 hours in advance, 3-20 students per class.
If you book a class, but do not show up or notify your cancellation you will be charged for that session!
Do not attend / change classes unless you have booked.
