All the programs offered at CKC can be tailored for 1-on-1 training. Private training allows the flexibility to train as hard, easy or technical as you like at your OWN TIME. The customized workouts will be tailored to your specific needs and all the focus will be on YOU. No distractions, no interruptions, total privacy.  So far our individual training has helped-
